Can Advisers See the Progress of All Pages in the Yearbook?
Understand how advisers can monitor page progress and review staff activity in Creator Studio.
Table of Contents
✨ Overview
Yes. Advisers have full visibility into the progress of all pages in the yearbook project. Creator Studio provides several tools that allow advisers to monitor page status, review edits, and track overall progress across the book.
This visibility helps ensure pages are completed on time and reviewed before final submission.
👀 What Advisers Can See
Advisers can view a page-by-page overview of the yearbook, including which pages are:
- In progress
- Submitted for review
- Approved
- Locked
They can also see:
- The most recent editor associated with a page
- Pages that have been assigned but not yet started

📊 Tracking Detailed Contributions
For a more detailed view of staff activity, advisers can use the Team Activity Tracker located in the Team module.
The Activity Tracker records actions performed by users such as:
- Page edits
- Item removals
- Page updates
- Thumbnail changes
This allows advisers to see who made changes and when, providing a clearer picture of individual contributions.
For more details on this feature, see the article Using the Team Activity Tracker.
🔒 Adviser Privileges
Advisers have additional management permissions that allow them to:
- Unlock pages if further edits are needed
- Reassign pages to different team members
- Approve pages when they are ready
- Return pages for revisions
These permissions allow advisers to oversee workflow and ensure the yearbook progresses smoothly.
🧠 Helpful Tip
Encourage staff members to mark pages Ready for Review when they finish working on them. This helps advisers quickly identify which pages are ready to be checked and approved.
