No. Parents and other people outside your yearbook staff cannot view the photos stored in your project.
Photo access is limited to users who have been added to the project as team members with the appropriate permissions.
🔐 Who Can Access Project Photos?
Access depends on the team member's assigned role:
- Adviser — Can manage photos and has full project access.
- Senior Editor — Has broad project access, including photo management.
- Editor — Can work within their assigned sections.
- Photo Editor — Has access to Manage Photos only.
- Viewer — Can view the book but cannot make edits.
Someone must be intentionally added as a team member before they can access the project.
