If your yearbook provider offers Online Sales, you can publish completed yearbooks using Published Ordering.

With Published Ordering, each order is printed after it is placed and shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.

โš ๏ธ Prerequisite

Before publishing your yearbook, you must first create an online storefront and assign your yearbook to it.

If you have not completed this step, see Create an Online Store before continuing.

ย

ย

๐Ÿ›’ Step 1: Open Your Store

  • From the Creator Studio Home page, click Sell.

    ย
  • Locate the storefront that contains your yearbook.

    ย

ย

๐Ÿ“š If your project isnโ€™t assigned to a store yet:

  • Click Store Settings beside the storefront.

    ย
  • Scroll to Yearbooks for Sale.
  • Select the checkbox next to your yearbook.
    ย
  • Click Save

The book will now appear under this store and be marked as Not Published.

ย

ย

โš™๏ธ Step 2: Open Manage Sales

Locate your yearbook and click Manage Sales.
ย

๐Ÿท๏ธ Step 3: Select Published Ordering

  • Choose Published Ordering.
  • Click Next.

๐Ÿ“š Step 4: Choose Products and Add-Ons

Select the products you would like to make available for purchase.

๐Ÿ“ Note:

Available book types and Optional Add-Ons vary by yearbook provider and the products enabled for your project.

ย

ย

Book Types

Choose which products customers can purchase.

Available options may include:

  • Hardcover
  • Softcover
  • eYearbook

Cover Finish

If available, choose a cover finish for your printed books.

Available options may include:

  • Matte
  • Glossy

Optional Add-Ons

Depending on your yearbook provider, additional products or services may be available.

These may include:

Name Plate

Allows customers to purchase an engraved nameplate that is shipped separately from the yearbook.

Personalized Pages

Allows customers to add personalized pages to the back of their yearbook, if supported by your yearbook provider.

Click Next.

โš ๏ธ Important:

Personalized Cover Stamping (Name Stamping) is not available with Published Ordering.

ย

๐Ÿ’ฒ Step 5: Set Pricing

Review the estimated page count for your yearbook.

Creator Studio displays the estimated production cost for each available book type.

Enter a Sale Price for each product you want to offer.

You may set your sale price above or below the estimated production cost. However, unlike Pre-Order, any amount charged above the production cost is not paid to your organization as profit when using Published Ordering.

Note: Pricing options, estimated production costs, and Online Sales programs vary by yearbook provider.

Click Next.

๐Ÿ’ณ Step 6: Enter Financial Contact Information

Enter the contact information for the person responsible for financial matters related to your storefront.

Depending on your yearbook provider, you may also be asked to choose how funds associated with your storefront are handled.

Click Next.

โš™๏ธ Step 7: Configure Store Settings

Complete the remaining storefront settings.

ย

Note to Customer

Enter an optional message that will appear on your storefront and during checkout.

Cover Preview

Choose whether customers will see:

  • Your current yearbook cover
  • Top Secret, which hides the cover until the book is printed

Click Next.

โœ… Step 8: Publish Your Yearbook

Review your publication settings.

If everything looks correct, click Publish.

Your yearbook is now available through Published Ordering. Customers can purchase books online, and each order will be printed on demand and shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
