✨ Overview

The Photo Tools panel gives you full control over how your images appear on the page. You can:

Adjust brightness, contrast, and color

Apply filters

Crop and reposition images

Add shadows, strokes, shapes, and corner styles

Control layering

Rotate, flip, and swap images

Adjust transparency

All tools are available when a photo is selected on the page.


🖱 Accessing Photo Tools

Click on any photo in your editor.

The Edit Photo panel will automatically open on the left side.

If you close the panel, you can reopen it anytime by clicking the Edit Photo tab in the left toolbar.


🗑 Remove or Clear an Image

Click the trash can icon to see two options:

Delete Image → Removes the image entirely

Clear Image → Removes the image but keeps the placeholder frame on the page

Clearing is useful if you want to keep layout spacing but replace the photo later.


✂️ Crop & Position Photo

Click Crop/Position Photo to:

Zoom in using the slider

Drag the image within the frame

Reposition the focal point

Click Apply to save changes.


🎨 Filter & Adjust Photo

Click Filter/Adjust Photo to open the editor.

You’ll see two tabs:

🌈 Filters

Scroll through preset filters

Use the slider to adjust filter intensity


🔧 Adjust

Manually modify:

Brightness

Contrast

Saturation

Clarity

Exposure

Highlights

Click Save Changes when finished.


📐 Position & Layer Settings

Below the editing tools are layer and positioning controls.

Layer Order Controls

⬇ Move behind all layers

◀ Move back one layer

▶ Move forward one layer

⬆ Move in front of all layers

Each page element counts as one layer.


🔄 Additional Controls

🔁 Swap Image → Click another image to swap positions

↺ Rotate Left

↻ Rotate Right

⇋ Mirror Horizontally

⇵ Mirror Vertically


📏 Image Coordinates

The Coordinates tool displays exact image dimensions and rotation values.

You can use these numbers to:

Match sizes exactly

Align multiple images precisely

Remove guesswork when duplicating layouts


🌑 Shadow Tool

To add a shadow:

Check Show Shadow

Adjust:

Color

Opacity

Blur

X offset

Y offset

You can apply shadow settings to:

All photos on the current page

All photos in the current section

Click Reset to Default to revert changes.


🖊 Stroke Tool

Add a border (stroke) around your image.

Options include:

Stroke thickness

Stroke color

All photos on the page

🔷 Shapes

Change your image shape to:

Circle

Heart

Star

Rectangle

And many more

You can also apply shapes to all photos on a page or in a section.


🔲 Corners

Add corner styling or rounded edges.

Click a preset corner style

Enter a number in Corner Radius to round edges

To customize corners individually:

Uncheck Link Corners

Enter different values for each corner


🌫 Opacity

Use the opacity slider to control image transparency.

Lower opacity makes images lighter and partially transparent.


🧠 Best Practices

✔ Crop to focus attention on your subject
✔ Use filters consistently for cohesive spreads
✔ Match coordinates for perfectly aligned layouts
✔ Apply shadow/stroke sparingly for clean design
✔ Always preview layering before finalizing
