Custom Info fields allow you to add additional text to a person's portrait record beyond their standard name, grade, teacher, or homeroom information.

Custom Info can be used for information such as:

• Titles
• Nicknames
• Senior quotes
• Favorite quotes
• Other short biographical information

📄Custom Info Fields

Each portrait record includes three Custom Info fields:

• Custom Info: Up to 100 characters
• Custom Info 2: Up to 200 characters
• Custom Info 3: Up to 300 characters

These limits determine how much information can be stored in each field.

🖼️Custom Info Portrait Layouts

Certain portrait layouts are specifically designed to display Custom Info.

Depending on the layout, it may support:

• Custom Info 1
• Custom Info 2
• Custom Info 3
• A combination of multiple Custom Info fields

When selecting a portrait layout, use the filters to choose one that includes the specific Custom Info field or combination of fields you want displayed.

❌Character Limits vs. Available Layout Space

The character limits determine how much information can be entered into each field. The amount of text that can actually be displayed on the portrait page is determined by the selected layout.

This can vary based on:

• The size of the designated Custom Info area
• The font size used in the layout
• The amount of text entered

For example, a field may allow up to 300 characters, but a particular portrait layout may not have enough physical space to display all 300 characters.

Always review your portrait pages after applying a Custom Info layout to confirm that the desired information fits within the available space.
