When a PDF is uploaded, Creator Studio Pro converts it into an image during processing.

This can increase file size because:

PDF compression is removed

the file becomes a full image

If the converted file exceeds limits, it may fail to appear.

This usually happens when:

spreads are uploaded

images are very high resolution

many photos are used

export quality is excessive
