Create an online storefront to sell your yearbook through Creator Studio.
Table of Contents
π Overview
If your yearbook provider offers Online Sales, you can create an online storefront where parents and customers can purchase your yearbook.
Each storefront can be customized with your school's branding and assigned one or more yearbook projects.
Once your storefront has been created, you'll be able to publish your yearbook for Pre-Order or Published Ordering.
π Step 1: Create a New Store
Β
- From the Creator Studio Home page, click Sell.

Β - Click New Store in the lower-right corner.
π Step 2: Enter Store Information
Complete the required storefront information:

Store Name
Enter the name of your storefront.
Note: The word "Store" is automatically appended automatically. For example, entering Bulldog Yearbook will display as Bulldog Yearbook Store.
School or Organization Name (Optional)
By default, this field displays the school or organization associated with your Creator Studio account. Update it if you'd like a different name to appear on your storefront.
Store URL
Enter a unique web address for your storefront. Share this URL with parents and customers so they can access your online store.
Contact Information (Optional)
By default, your Creator Studio contact information appears in the storefront's Help menu. You can enter different contact information if you want customers to contact someone else.
Passcode (Optional)
Add a passcode to restrict access to your storefront. Customers must enter the passcode before they can view your store.
When you have finished entering your storefront information, click Next.
π¨ Step 3: Customize Your Store
β οΈNote
The customization options shown below may not be available for all yearbook providers. If you do not see these options in Creator Studio, your provider may not support storefront customization.

Β
π Step 4: Assign Yearbooks
Select the yearbook projects you want to make available through this storefront.

- Locate your project.

When you're ready, click Finish.
Your online storefront has now been created!
β‘οΈ Next Steps
Creating a storefront does not automatically make your yearbook available for purchase.
After your storefront has been created, publish your yearbook using one of the following workflows:
-
Publish a Yearbook for Pre-Order β Allow customers to purchase yearbooks before production.
Β - Publish a Yearbook for Published Ordering β Allow customers to purchase completed yearbooks that are printed on demand and shipped directly to them.
