πŸͺ Create Your Online Store

Before customers can place orders, you must create an online storefront for the project.

Follow the instructions in Creating an Online Store.

πŸ›’ Choose an Ordering Method

Creator Studio supports two online ordering methods:

  • Pre-ordering
  • Published ordering

Review the options below to determine which method should be used.

πŸ“¦ Pre-Ordering

Pre-ordering allows customers to purchase the book before it has been completed and published.

This option may be used when:

  • Orders need to be collected before production
  • Books will be shipped together to one location
  • The organization is also accepting in-person or cash orders
  • The organization is working toward a sales or fundraising goal

Follow the instructions in Publishing a Yearbook for Pre-Order.

πŸ“š Published Ordering

Published ordering allows customers to purchase the book after it has been completed and published.

With published ordering:

  • Customers place and pay for their own orders
  • Customers enter their shipping information
  • Customers select from the available shipping methods
  • Books are produced based on the orders received

Follow the instructions in Publish a Yearbook for Published Ordering.

πŸ—‘οΈ Delete a Storefront

A storefront can be deleted if it was created by mistake, created for testing, or is no longer needed.

Follow the instructions in Deleting a Storefront.
