π Choose an Ordering Method
Creator Studio supports two online ordering methods:
- Pre-ordering
- Published ordering
Review the options below to determine which method should be used.
π¦ Pre-Ordering
Pre-ordering allows customers to purchase the book before it has been completed and published.
This option may be used when:
- Orders need to be collected before production
- Books will be shipped together to one location
- The organization is also accepting in-person or cash orders
- The organization is working toward a sales or fundraising goal
Follow the instructions in Publishing a Yearbook for Pre-Order.
π Published Ordering
Published ordering allows customers to purchase the book after it has been completed and published.
With published ordering:
- Customers place and pay for their own orders
- Customers enter their shipping information
- Customers select from the available shipping methods
- Books are produced based on the orders received
Follow the instructions in Publish a Yearbook for Published Ordering.
