⚠️ Before You Adjust Teacher Portrait Placement

Portraits in a portrait section are automatically placed based on your project’s portrait settings, layout, and priority rules.

If a teacher portrait is not appearing where expected, do not manually drag the photo into a portrait well.

Attempting to manually drop a photo into a portrait well will trigger a warning and may not produce the intended result.

⭐ Recommended: Use Portrait Priority

For the best control over teacher placement, use Portrait Priority.

Portrait Priority allows you to define which portrait should appear first in a section, making it the preferred method for placing teacher or staff portraits correctly.

🖼 Best Practice: Use a Teacher Layout

For the best visual result, select a portrait layout that includes a larger teacher image or featured portrait area.

These layouts are designed to highlight the teacher separately from student portraits and reduce the need for manual adjustments.

✅ What to Check

If the teacher portrait is not displaying as expected, review:

✅ Portrait Priority settings
✅ Selected portrait layout
✅ Portrait Settings for sorting and name display
✅ Whether the correct person is assigned as the teacher or staff member

💡 Tip

Portrait sections are designed to stay connected to portrait data. Use priority settings and portrait layouts instead of manually placing images into portrait wells.
