How to Copy a Project

Create a duplicate of your project to reuse content or create a variation of your yearbook.

📘 Introduction

Copying a project allows you to duplicate an existing yearbook, including its layouts and content. This is useful when creating alternate versions, such as senior editions or staff copies.

⚠️ Disclaimer

This feature may not be available in all Creator Studio environments.
Contact your yearbook provider to confirm availability.

🖱 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Creator Studio
  2. Select the project you want to copy
  3. Click Copy Project

  1. Enter the details for the new project
  2. Assign a unique project name to distinguish it from the original
  3. Click Create

⚠️ Important

  • The copied project includes all content from the original project
  • Team members are not copied and must be added separately

📝 Note

If you only need layouts and not images:

  • Create a new project
  • Select Create from Existing Project
  • This copies layouts only and can be used as a template

💡 Workflow Tip

Use clear naming conventions for copied projects to ensure the correct project is edited.
