Β

πŸ“– Open Page Manager

  1. Open the project from the Creator Studio dashboard.
  2. Locate the Sections area.
  3. Click the green Manage Sections button.

Page Manager displays an overview of the pages and sections within your project, including softcover, hardcover, and labeled sections.

βš™οΈ Select a Page and Open Its Actions

Click a page thumbnail to select it.

A submenu will appear with the following options:

  • Insert Before
  • Insert After
  • Delete Page

βž• Insert Pages Before or After a Page

  1. Select the page where you want to add new pages.
  2. Choose Insert Before or Insert After.
  3. Open the page-count dropdown.
  4. Select the number of pages you want to insert.

The selected number of new pages will appear before or after the original page.

↩️ Reset Page Manager Changes

Click Reset to return the pages and sections to their original arrangement before your Page Manager changes.

Use Reset when you insert, delete, or move pages and decide that you do not want to keep the changes.

πŸ—‘οΈ Delete a Page

  1. Select the page you want to remove.
  2. Click Delete Page from the submenu.

If deleting the page affects a two-page spread, Page Manager will display a warning.

The warning explains that designs assigned specifically to left or right pages may shift to the opposite side and may need to be corrected.

From the warning area, you can:

  • Open the linked knowledge base article for more information.
  • Click Reset if you want to undo the deletion.

What Happens When I Delete a Section?

πŸ”€ Reorder Pages Within a Section

Click and drag a page thumbnail to move it between other pages in the same section.

Portrait sections must remain together and cannot be broken apart by moving individual pages outside of the section.

πŸ“š Reorder Entire Sections

Use the section menu along the side of Page Manager to move an entire section.

  1. Select the section.
  2. Drag it to the new position.
  3. Release it when the placement indicator appears.

Moving a section shifts the other sections to accommodate its new position.

For example, moving the Seniors section to the beginning of the project will move the remaining sections down.

Some section moves may be blocked when a section contains an uneven number of pages. Adjust the section’s page count or click Reset to undo the attempted move.
