📘 Intro

Use the My Account page to quickly access your orders and update your account information. From here, you can review past purchases, download eYearbooks, and make changes to your profile, password, and saved billing or shipping details.

🔑 Accessing My Account

If you are already logged into Creator Studio:

• Click your name in the top right corner
• Select Account from the dropdown menu

🧾 Orders

The Orders tab is shown by default and allows you to:

• Review all previous orders
• View order details
• Download your eYearbook (if available)

You may also cancel eligible orders:

• Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before they are sent to production
  
  
   
• Published orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase

👤 Profile

In the Profile tab, you can update:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number

🔒 Password

In the Password tab, you can update your password:

• You must know your current password to make changes
• If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen

💳 Billing & 🚚 Shipping

In the Billing and Shipping tabs, you can:

• Remove saved billing or shipping information

Note:

• New billing or shipping details cannot be added here
• New information can be entered during checkout when placing an order
