How to Change the eYearbook Email Send Date

📖 If you have sold eYearbooks through your store, you can choose when customers receive their eYearbook access emails. Once your pre-order queue has been submitted to production and processing is complete, you'll be able to update the email delivery date directly from your Store Dashboard.
✏️ Edit the eYearbook Email Send Date
After your pre-order queue has been submitted to production, the system will process your order information. Once processing is complete, you'll see an Edit Send Date option in your Store Dashboard.
- Log in to Creator Studio.
- Open your Store Dashboard.
- Click Edit Send Date.
- Select your preferred email delivery date from the calendar.
- Save your changes.
The selected date will determine when customers receive their eYearbook access email.

⏳ Why Don't I See the "Edit Send Date" Option?
If the Edit Send Date link is not available, one of the following may apply:
- The pre-order queue was recently submitted to production and is still being processed. This process may take several hours.
- The eYearbook access emails have already been sent to customers.
- No eYearbooks have been sold through the store.
💡 Additional Information
- The send date can only be changed after production processing has completed.
- Once eYearbook emails have been sent, the send date can no longer be modified.
- We recommend verifying your selected date before the scheduled email delivery occurs.
