📘 How to Personalize Your Yearbook Pages

Personalized pages let you add your own photos, layouts, text, backgrounds, and artwork to your copy of the yearbook.

🔗 Access Your School’s Yearbook Store

Start by visiting your school’s online yearbook storefront.

If you do not have the storefront link, contact your school’s yearbook adviser or yearbook team.

🛒 Purchase Your Yearbook

On the storefront:

• Locate the current yearbook.
• Click + Select under the book cover.
• Complete the checkout process.

After checkout, you will receive:

• A purchase confirmation email.
• An invitation to personalize your yearbook.

You can access your personalized pages from the invitation email or by returning to the school storefront.

🎨 Open Your Personalized Pages

From the storefront:

• Locate the yearbook you purchased.
• Click Edit Personalized Pages.

• Find the student name entered during checkout.
• Click Edit Pages next to that student.

Each student has their own set of personalized pages. All copies ordered for that student will include the same personalized pages.

📁 Add Your Photos

Inside the editor, click Add Photos in the left toolbar.

You can upload photos from available sources such as:

• Your computer.
• Facebook.
• Google Photos.
• Dropbox.

📄 Design Your Pages

Use the tools in the editor to customize your personalized pages.

🖼️ Add a Layout

Select Layouts from the left toolbar, then drag your preferred layout onto the page.

📝 Add Text

Select Elements, then drag a Text Box onto the page.

Double-click the text box to enter your message and adjust the available font, color, and size options. See Using the Text Tool to Add and Format Text for more information on text.

🖌️ Add Backgrounds and Art

Use Backgrounds or Art from the left toolbar to browse available design elements.

You can also use Find Backgrounds or Find Art to search for specific styles.

➕ Add, Delete, or Rearrange Pages

You can add up to 8 additional personalized pages, for a maximum of 12 pages total.

Must be added in pairs.

Add Pages

Click Add Pages on the right side of the last personalized page.

Delete or Rearrange Pages

Click Pages in the lower-left corner.

Select Manage Pages.

Use the red X to remove pages or drag pages to rearrange them.

💾 Save and Finalize Your Pages

Your work saves automatically while you edit, so you can leave the editor and return later.

When your pages are complete, you must finalize them before the personalization deadline.

• Click Finalize and Submit in the upper-right corner and follow the prompts to:
• Review and confirm your pages.
• Pay for any additional pages.

• Complete the order.
• Once completed, the personalization status will display as FINALIZED next to the student’s name on the storefront.

🔁 Make Changes After Finalizing

If the yearbook has not yet been submitted to production, you can reopen your personalized pages.

From the storefront, click Unfinalize to make changes.

After unfinalizing:

• Make your changes.
• Finalize the pages again.
• Complete payment again if required.
• Any applicable payment from the previous finalization will be automatically refunded when the pages are unfinalized.

Here are a few frequently asked questions about personalized Pages in Creator Studio:

❔Can I work on my personalized pages over time?

📝Yes. Your changes save automatically. Return to the storefront and select Edit Pages when you are ready to continue.

❔What happens if I miss the personalization deadline?

📝Your personalized pages will not be included in the printed yearbook. You will receive the standard yearbook without personalization.

❔Can I edit my pages after finalizing?

📝Yes, as long as the yearbook has not already been submitted to production. Select Unfinalize to make changes, edit your pages, and finalize them again.

❔Where do my personalized pages appear?

📝Personalized pages are printed at the back of your individual copy of the yearbook.

❔Does the school approve my personalized pages?

📝No. Personalized pages are separate from the school-designed portion of the yearbook. The school does not review or approve the content added to your personalized pages.
