🚫 Can I Disable Personalized Pages Later?
Personalized Pages can only be disabled if no customer has started a personalized section.
Once a customer begins creating personalized pages, the option cannot be disabled for that storefront.
📅 When Can Customers Personalize Their Pages?
Customers can begin personalizing their pages after placing an order.
Their pages must be finalized before the pre-order queue is submitted to production. Once the project is submitted, customers can no longer create or edit personalized pages.
⏰ What Is the Personalization Deadline?
The personalization deadline is based on the pre-order deadline configured for the storefront.
Customers must finalize their personalized pages before this date. The deadline should reflect the date you expect to submit the project to production.
To update the deadline:
- Open Manage Sales.
- Select the applicable storefront.
- Scroll down in the Sales Type section.

- Update the pre-order deadline.

- Changes save automatically
Once the project is submitted to production, customers can no longer place pre-orders or personalize their copies.
🔒 What Does “Finalize” Mean?
When a customer finishes designing their personalized pages, they must click Finalize in the page editor.

Finalizing locks the pages and confirms that they should be included in the customer’s printed copy.
‼️IMPORTANT
Personalized pages that are not finalized before the deadline will not be printed in the yearbook.
