How to Enable Personalized Cover Stamping
Add personalized foil-stamped student names to yearbook covers and manage stamping settings for pre-orders.

✨ What Is Cover Stamping?
Cover Stamping is an optional feature that allows a student’s name to be foil stamped in the bottom-right corner of their yearbook cover.
Cover stamping is available in Silver or Gold foil.
⚙️ How to Enable or Disable Cover Stamping
- Go to the Sell tab in Creator Studio.
- Click Manage Sales next to your yearbook project.
- Scroll to Product Type and Add-Ons under Sales Settings.
From this section, you can:
- Toggle Cover Stamping ON or OFF.
- Select Silver or Gold from the foil color dropdown.
- Click Save after making any changes.
🎨 Choosing a Foil Color
All cover-stamped books within the same pre-order batch must use the same foil color.
If you change the foil color after accepting pre-orders, previously submitted cover-stamping orders will be updated to use the newly selected foil color. All books within a single pre-order batch must use the same foil color.

- Enabling Cover Stamping will change the production timeline to 4 weeks (20 business days) from order placement to delivery.
- Non-Stamped books will ship in a separate batch and may be delivered earlier. Please be aware of this and plan your yearbook distribution date accordingly.
Make sure to click "Save" after making any changes.
🎨 Design Considerations
When designing your cover, a semi-transparent name stamp zone appears in the lower-right corner.
Keep important text, photos, logos, and other design elements outside this area to prevent them from overlapping with the stamped student name.

Personalized Cover Stamping is not available for:
❌ Published Orders
❌ Direct-to-home shipping orders
❌ Projects outside the United States
🔒 When Name Stamping Cannot Be Disabled
Name Stamping can be enabled or disabled while accepting pre-orders, provided no customer-created books are currently using the feature.
If customers have already created books with Name Stamping selected, the option cannot be disabled. Creator Studio will keep Name Stamping enabled until those existing customer-created books are no longer affected by the setting.
When this occurs, a message will appear indicating that Name Stamping cannot be disabled because some customers have created books.
